In order to be able to delete all the data from our systems for this user, we need to be certain that there will be no further events sent for this userID. Please confirm with the user that they have stopped playing or uninstalled the game in order for us to be able to delete the data completely and inform us accordingly.
In order to make sure that your player will not send any further data to us after a user has requested their data being deleted, please use the GDPR compliant SDK version (4.9.0 and later). This has a built in ForgetMe() feature that your game can use to ensure GDPR compliance on our side after a deletion request.
